Making an Appointment

We encourage you to ask your physician to schedule an appointment or make a referral to see a Hospital Clinic.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please call and notify the department you had the appointment with at least 24 hours in advance. Give the name of your physician and date and time of your appointment. You may reschedule your appointment at that time.
