Diagnostic Services

Onslow Memorial Hospital currently has two outpatient collection sites. One is located in the Outpatient Entrance at the main hospital and the other at Onslow Diagnostics, located at 200 Memorial Drive. To receive lab services, patients must provide a written request from a healthcare provider, current insurance cards and other information as needed.

Onslow Diagnostics is currently being remodeled and once the remodeling is completed, all outpatient specimen collections will be performed at the 200 Memorial Drive location. This will allow a more efficient, time-saving process for registration and specimen collection for our patients. Stay tuned for the official opening date and the date of our Open House.

Specimen collection times are:
OMH Outpatient Lab: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Onslow Diagnostics: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM
